Delete only cells that contain “0” without developing macro

containing 10, 20, 300, etc. are not deleted. I do not want to delete the row, I want to delete the cells in the column and shift the blank cells up so it keeps the column total I do not want to insert macro.

Formulas cannot move or shift cells, your only option is a macro

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

the alternative is to use a filter to exclude them and copy to a new sheet. but as Special-K rightly says a formula will not delete

The project is viewing information in excel from another program and saving so that I can total different rows. This is done each month so I want to be able to simply do the task without having to “start fresh” each time.

Can the macro be set as a template?

I have formulas, i.e., =COUNTIFS(A$2:A$2000:A$890,"<>"&"",A$2:A$2000:A$890,"911 HANG UP CA/cancelled by co") and =COUNTIFS(A$2:A$2000,"<>"&"",A$2:A$2000,"abandoned vehi/disabled motori"), etc. which is great, I just want to delete the cells that aren’t totaled so that the cells that contain totals are lined up with appropriate A2 cell.

    Thank you.

Please set your profile "Location" to something meaningful.

I suggest you upload a file so we can better understand what is required.

Attach a sample workbook (not image).

Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate.

Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
