Pivot Table/Chart not refreshing

how do I get my pivot table and chart to refresh with new data shown, I know can right click and refresh but its not adding any new data , I have to go into the fill rate sector and tick new data ?

If you use a fixed data range like you did

=Data!$A$1:$F$1376

It will not automaticly expand that range if new data appears under row 1376

You can make sure new data is included automaticly by making your dataarea an
then when you add new data it will be included in the pivottable on refresh.

If you stick to the current method you have change the lastrow of your datarange each time you add new lines
