Printing to Avery Labels # 5871

With the help of this site I have the attached workbook. My company is now looking to take these certificates and print them onto Avery Labels # 5871 (Business cards) for people to put in the wallets. The cards are 2" x 3 1/2" and i am trying to see if there is a way to shrink the certificate to that size or do i have to redo the cert? I am thinking i may have to re-do the cert into tiles that would match up to the avery sheet. But I am not sure if there is a faster way to do this.

The avery sheet is 10 cards to a sheet. 2 columns and 5 rows of these 2" x 3 1/2" cards.

Attached is the cert itself and the avery template, any feedback or help is greatly appreciated.

I was hoping to keep some of the auto fill fields in the process so I didn't have to fill in the fields manually. I guess I need to resize it and and get the fields to pull date from the primary cells.
