Conditional Formatting Between Two Dates ?

    Hi to all Experts,

Actually the question i am asking its seems very easy/simple but i do not know where i am doing wrong.

i am trying to define a conditional formatting between two dates which is like this :

if Date in Cell H7 is less then Date in Cell H6 then my font should be red and if Cell H7 Date is higher then H6 then font should be green.

to define this i tried =AND($H7<$H6) & =AND($H7>=$H6) but my all cells getting same color.

for better idea i attached the example sheet as well.

thanks in advance.....hope i cleared my self

Presumably only if both H6 and H7 are dates

    =AND(H7<H6,H7<>0)
    format as red

    =AND(H7>H6,H6<>0)
    format as green

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
