    Autocomplete text

    Hello everyone,

    I would like to ask you for help. I need to fill in the text regarding Company/Location/Person every month and the text is 90% still the same. The combination is almost every time different. Usually, I put it in one column but this is not necessary.

    Is there any possibility how simplifying the work? For example, create some address book and then just write CompanyA and it fills the rest. Would it be possible to add CompanyB to the same column or I would have to use another one? Any other ideas on how to do it?

    Perhaps the following will help.
    Place the company/location/name entries in row 1.
    Select the entries needed for the combination by placing an 'X' in the correct column.
    Use the following in column A to get the final output: =TEXTJOIN(",",1,IF(B2:D2="x",B$1:D$1,""))

    Hi JeteMc,

    unfortunately, that's not what I meant. There are tens/hundreds of those combinations and this way I would need really a lot of columns. I would need to write directly into the cell. Attached please find an updated file and hopefully it is more understandable.
