Sum until the first negative amount

Hello all,

I am looking for a formula wherein: 1) Cell D9 shows a negative amount calculated from the sum of column range F until BG. The negative amount will be when the sum of columns first become negative and 2) Cell E9 will lookup the week # in Row 5 when the negative amount in 1) occurs. Please see attached worksheet. Formula in column E works but need it to be simpler and future proof (I don't want to keep on adding IF statements on it). Can't make column D work.

I was trying to use an index sum offset combo but I'm not sure how to do the sum until formula. Appreciate any help that can be provided.
