Hi,
I've just discovered the People Graph add-in for Excel (Welcome to 2013!), are there any alternatives to this app that have more flexibility in customising the output like you have for any other chart?
What I mean by customisation is altering the formatting, font, borders, colours, etc

Feel like a noob now, just discovered using pictures as bars in a chart instead of a single colour. All set.

Select the bar series -> Format Data Series
Go to Fill Options
Select Picture or text fill
Search online for the picture you want
Select Stack option
Voila
