The main spreadsheet itself is on a Windows based PC,which i also have at home, I just prefer to use a Mac where possible.

So thank you for both solutions - especially the power query option as that will be for the platform the solution will be used on.
I now have a few days to play it and master it ready to demonstrate and implement
