Trying to edit link and delete it.

I have a problem every time I open my excel doc I am about present to my supervisor a message pops up that states, "This workbook contains links to other data sources *If you update the links, excel will attempt to retrieve the latest data * If you don't update the links, excel will use the previous information." - if this pop up would stop that would be great. The name of the link I am trying to remove or edit is (Team Newman Tracker 2018.xlsx)- I have clicked break link I also tried to locate the link in name manager and couldn't figure it out. If I could remove this this doc would be done. Please help as I am mostly a novis when it comes to excel.

You appear to have a number of Named Ranges that refer to an external workbook. For example:

December, Month, Months, etc., refer to:

='C:\Users\u257691\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\9K92NZC7\[Teams.xlsx]Sheet4'!$A$1:$A$12

You also have lots of #REF! errors in the Named Ranges

You need to edit the links to, for example:

Formula:

and remove links [Edit:] and REFs from Data Validation

I think I was working in parallel and just posted the list I extracted. Never thought about the Data Validation

Sorry, there's too much crap in the sampe that YOU need to fix. We have identified the issues; you need to sort them out. Get rid of / correct all the #REF! errors and edit the Named Ranges to get rid of the links to the external workbook. I've explained how to do that but I'm not doing it for you.
