Hi all,
I have attached 2 files. 1 in Excel format and other one in CSV format.
it is actually the same file.
Problem what I have is, IF I open CSV file in TEXT, I can see empty rows. which I cant see in Excel.

455,A,12.
5345,B,13.
345345,C,43.

is there a way to be able to see in excel itself? its not usual that we go to CSV and see this.
