Need to be able to read certain characters in excel

Heya, just looking to see if this is an excel issue.

I can open a csv in notepad and read the symbols no problem, but when I open excel it get's a little funky.

Ω -> Ω
± -> ±
µF -> µF


Any idea how I can fix this?
