Hello. I have three fields, keywords, rannk, and date.
A keyword can have multiple dates and corresponding ranks.
For example, dog bone, 1/1/18, 1........dog bone, 1/4,18, 2
How can I pivot table the words and see the rank by keyword for the MOST RECENT date (so just a list of all unique words with the rank for the most recent date, and if there are no dates for a keyword, then just return the date).
Anyone?
If I understand correctly this may be of some help.
1) Column I on the 'Helium...' sheet is populated using: =RANK.EQ(H2,$H$2:$H$756,0)
2) Column J (Date Added 2) on the 'Helium...' sheet is populated using: =INT(H2)
3) A pivot table, modeled on sheet 2,
- has Keyword in the row label field,
- has Date Added 2 in the Report Filter field, although it was first grouped while in the row labels field and then moved (multiple selections is checked and 1/12/18 is selected),
- has Rank in the values field (one value in this field was highlighted and then Sort A to Z was selected).
