Import JSON to Excel 2007

When I go to "DATA" and "FROM WEB" it brings up a "NEW WEB QUERY" box which seems right. But when I put in my api address, in this case "https://api.coinmarketcap.com/v1/ticker/ethereum/" I get a prompt to either open or save the ethereum.json file. If I open it it opens in notepad.exe. If I save it it saves as a .txt file which is no help. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Sorry... Excel 2007, Windows 10 64-bit

they may have altered their end and now it opens as a text file, rather than saving as json.
