Excel experts,

I am working on a contractor replacement project and would like to share the numbers with the management. I need help to present the correct excel graph for easy understanding.

What I am trying to say with the graph is - there is a total of 242 contractors on site to be replaced by other vendors. Due to the management decision, we're terminating the contract of a manpower supply company and replacing all their contractors.

Below is the break up of 242;

1. 49 contractors will be insourced and will directly work with our company.
2. 12 contractors have been demobilized (this is because 16 new contractors have joined)
3. 69 contractors will finish contractors will end the contract on Dec 31st and will not be replaced.
3. 124 contractors will be replaced by other vendors.
3. Out of 124, 16 contractors have been mobilized
4. Out of 124 replacements to be identified (point. 2), 93 are under mobilization.
5. Out of 124, 15 replacements are yet to be identified.

I would like to show a graph that explains these numbers. I have attached a graph, which is kind of confusing. Please, could you suggest a graph that is ideal?

Regards,
Asif
