I followed instructions to create frequency distribution, but I can't get the result as shown in the instruction, wonder which step I did wrong, can anyone help me with this

You misspelt FREQUENCY and put some spaces in that shouldn't be there.
It should be =FREQUENCY(A1:D5,A8:A12) Ctrl Shift Enter
You have spelt the function name incorrectly.
