Question Have a excel file online which auto refreshes data - is this possible?

    Hi,

I have a excel file which is connected to a database on a server, when I click data, refresh, I get an updated list.

I then have to email that new list each day to different people.

Is it possible to have the file online, so those people can go to the webpage and download the file, but while that file is online it auto refreshes.

So that the people I send the file to will be able to get the latest version without me having to send it out each time.

I have checked as much as I can and it seems the best way to do this would be save as web page, but my excel only has 'save single file webpage'

    Any help would be great.

    Thank you.
    Chris

    .
I visualize the simplest method would be to post the updated workbook on a cloud service - if it is being updated ONCE per day.
You could use DROPBOX, GOOGLE, AMAZON CLOUD, MS CLOUD, etc. for this purpose.

If you wanted the workbook to remain online and accessible for you to update remotely, you could use MS CLOUD service. Same thing as having
your workbook on your own system, but it's accessible by everyone having access to the Cloud service with password.

I guess, with either method, there would have to be an agreed time of day when the workbook would assume to be "updated" and when
the next routine update would occur ... 8 am each day ?
