Zoom Out help

Hi folks, just joined the forum tonight in the hope someone could help me out, I've been using Excel for around two years without a problem, I'm by no means an expert but could create a decent database of stats, amyways, yesterday I logged on as normal (on my S6 edge+) and the layout had completely changed, the minimum zoom out also changed to 50% when it was originally 20% and now all the tables I've created are too big to fit the screen

I'm hoping there's a basic way to fix this problem but for the life of me I just can't put my finger on it, was hoping for some help, preferably a fools guide, thanks in advance and all help will be greatly appreciated

It looks like the initial layout has changed.

Go to File>Options>Customise Ribbon>Popular Commands to reset your ribbon then adjust the Zoom in the lower left corner of the screen.

This should overcome the issue.
