Good day, gurus and fellow avid forum readers!

I do a lot of copy/pasting, often with ranges of data that exceed what’s visible on screen without scrolling up and down (~37 rows at 100% zoom,) but only recently I’ve noticed that after using the Ctrl+Shift+[arrow key] to navigate my ranges and hitting Ctrl+C to copy it, the scroll functionality is disabled and even moving the cursor doesn’t cause the view to snap to its location. If that’s not clear, e.g.: if I click into cell A1, hit Ctrl+Shift+[down arrow] to highlight all data down to cell A200, then press Ctrl+C to copy it, I’m suddenly unable to use my mouse wheel to scroll back to the top (say to paste the data into B1-B200) and pressing an arrow key does not snap to the cursors position even though it is moving, I just can’t see it; my view stays locked down by A200 until the clipboard is cleared either by pasting blindly or pressing Esc.

Is this normal behavior or is there something wrong here that can/should be fixed? I find it hard to believe I’m just now noticing if this is normal as I copy/paste slightly more often than I blink on a given day, and it’s just annoying enough that I imagine I would have raised this stink long ago.
