Back again in need of help. Please change title to more representative phrase to suit the question, if required.

This will be a tough one, i suspect...I am looking for a formula that preforms a calculation using data in n number of rows, where n is a dynamic cell and changes by whole numbers. In other words, a list of data is subgrouped with n number of rows. A calculation is preformed using the data grouped by n.

This "calculation" i refer to can be anything. Though I prefer if a formula is written to use Standard Deviation (sample) as the calculation. This "grouping" is not required for some computations, for instance, AVERAGE, as the average of the average value is the same as the whole average of a data set.

I would like to result of the calculation for each specific group also stored in a list, but not required if gives you a headache. Next, a big issue arises with grouping the data if the user enters an odd number of data, where a "partial" group is created. I want the partial group ignored, if possible! Please see attached image. Thank you!
