Link cells on the same excel row to the query line

Hi.

I have inquired another problem in terms of my query data extract... :-(

In my raw data sheet there are continously added new lines of data, which are then when refreshed updated to the master sheet i have. The cells before and after the query extract are used for different things where i for example write comments and numbers in associated to the query extract that then calculates other things in the sheet.

The problem is that the added lines of data is placed in the middle of the data extract, which means that the cells on both sides of the query doesnt fit the correct line of data after refresh. Can i in some way lock the cells to that specific line of query data?

I have attached a file to show you what i mean (The query extract is the green and white table, and when another line is added the other cells on both sides doesnt follow it.

My suggestion would be to make every column a part of the table. Then all the formulas contained in the table will be calculated on the rows that contain them, and if the table expands, or you insert rows the formulas are all still correct and fill the entire column automatically.

So should i make all the added cells in the raw data sheet, or how do i connect them to the the table?
