I am trying to get at some cross buying behavior from a large data set that I have. Here is simple, example of the Pivot Table I have put together so far:
Brand A Brand B Brand C Brand D
John 1 2
Mark 1
Amy 1 1
Essentially I am trying to put together a grid that shows the number of instances where someone buys both Brand A and another brand. Is there a formula that would get at this? Thank you.
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Thanks for the suggestion and the help. Sorry for the confusion on the original post, didn't realize the formatting got all messed up.
Attached is the sample data and then my desired output. There is a ton of data in my actual worksheet so a formula that would make it easy/efficient to get to the desired output would be great. Thanks very much.
Here is a low tech option.
Populate C3:F5 on the Sample Pivot Table sheet using the formula:Formula:
