Fill Summary Sheet from multiple tabs with different names

Hi, I am trying to have a summary sheet as Sheet 1 in a workbook and need to be able to pull data from certain cells in other sheets into the summary page. to get it to work easily for each sheet at the moment I have the other sheets named "template 1-30" but i want the sheets to be actually named a person name eg, SMITH, John... How can i make the formula work without having to create a new sheet manually each time?

I have attached the workbook with the current functions for review.

    Cheers
