Looking for any way to put a table of 4 columns in the middle of a table of 5 columns.
I actually want this both table to be in the middle of the page

From the looks of your pic, what you want is not possible.

However, what you may be able to do, is move table 1 fol F, over to G, then merge E and F for the 1st table only. It will then look like your pic
