Sorting multiple columns individually without it linking all of the other rows?

I am trying to sort the schedule on the attached sheet so that it sorts every applicable column from Earliest Time-Latest Time without the rows linking to each other. I recognize that highlighting the individual sections and sorting will allow me to only sort the selected areas, but hoping there is a way to do it so that all of the columns are sorted accordingly at once given that sometimes, these columns can go up to 30-31 on a regular monthly basis.

Columns A and B are what I want with the rest of the C to G, but I want it to be done at once. Tried using the Data Filter method, but it links all of the rows adjacent to each other which complicates it. Thanks!

This qualifies for a macro unless you make a statement that you are open for changing the template.

Further , even if you are open to change the template, I notice this is a shift roaster where there is a slight overlap while changing shifts.

Sort will pose problem because you want to use the names also in brackets not just the time zone.

While I will look into the code this evening after office, I will suggest you comment on the option of exploring different template if possible.

I'm always open to changing the template. Right now, it's linked from 5 other sheets which help me create a line graph to identify how many staff are on shift at a given time as I create it. This sheet itself is mostly to create a summary automatically from the schedule that's created so that it is summarized for my team to easily understand and identify.
