Struggling to find a way to present data.

HI Excel Team,

I am hoping you able to help me.

We have a Date base which tracks key fields for a particular record on a particular table.

I am trying to provide some analysis to present what the changes mean.

For example;

1) For company x have we have made a total of 21 updates since (08/03/2011 -Created Date ) till last edit edit.
2) The most common field updated is "Information Sharing Risk Rating" & "Information Sharing Risk Rating Region" been edited 4 times in x time frame.

Therefore since the company has been created therefore the % of change is low.

I am open to listen to ideas, as struggling to think of a concept.
