Compare cells and replace value

Hi ,
May I ask you for an help in Excel?
Suppose I have two excel workbooks having two columns A & B in each.
I want to compare the value of A in one book with the value of A in the second book and if both are equal then replace value of B in second with value of B in first book.
How do I do it?

it assumes that both sets of values are in the first sheet on their respective workbooks

Where do i add this?
I have attached two sample excel books X1 & X2.
Please help me how do i make it work?

yes it is a macro

To copy and use a macro:

• press alt+F11 to open the VBA area
• select insert > module
• copy the code from this website and paste it into the VBA module you just inserted

Return to the spreadsheet. On the developer tab, select macros and click the name of the macro you want to run

If you cannot see the developer tab

• Click the File tab
• Click Options
• Click Customize Ribbon
• Under Customize the Ribbon and under Main Tabs, select the Developer check box
