    Pasting rows in XLSM

    What is the maximum number of rows I can paste and work with in a 2013 .XLSM worksheet?

    Every version of Excel since 2007 has 2^20 ~ 1M rows.

    If you hold down ctrl and click the arrow keys it will automatically take you to the next cell you have with text in it, so if you are in an empty sheet it will take you all the way to the end and you can see how large a sheet is
