Draw 2 component phase diagram

You are plotting the % concentration as the independent variable, and you want a line graph. Therefore that value should be sorted ascending. That means that you need to duplicate your melting point data so you can sort the two % concentrations sets separately. I have done this in the attached.

Note that your data looks nothing like the data in the sample image you posted above.
