Distribute rows proportionally to a column value

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with coordinate values. Each row as a value for x, y, z, and time. The problem is that the space coordinates were taken at different time intervals. When I import this data to an animation software it creates a frame for each row of coordinates, which is great, but because the time difference between rows isn't the same my object will have different speeds at each position coordinate.

What I would like to figure out is how to distribute the rows according to a linear variation of the time value. I wouldn't mind having empty rows, that would even be ideal.

I'm attaching a print screen of this. My problem is that the file has over 500k rows of data.
