I want to import currency rate information, specifically this page for my accounts. I am able to use the Data -> From Web function in Excel however it picks up the entire webpage as an importable 'table' without giving me other options.

This is fine and it functions the way I want to an extent as I'm able to use =Sheet2!C74 to import the cell containing the current rate to my accounting sheet. However due to the rest of the webpage being updated every time I hit 'Refresh', the spreadsheet is becoming quite slow to load as I'm loading in more currencies (i.e. BCH rates) to other worksheets.

Is there any way to lessen the amount of data that excel imports from the website? I can't see that there's a way to manually highlight a table to import through the Data -> From Web function, and deleting the other unneeded cells in the worksheet just results in them being repopulated upon 'Refresh'.
