Hi,

Every season we have hundreds of kids who we rate twice of 1-3. 1 being great, 3 being poor. With those ratings we divide the teams up as even as we can. but takes a long process. we could have as many as 4-10 teams PER division depending on AGE. 7-9,10-12 and 13-15's Would anyone have a Excel that would help me record those ratings, take the AVERAGE and create teams randomly making it easier to split the 1's and 2's and 3's into teams evenly?? any help would be appreciated.
