The following formula yields the number of hours of "Personal Day - Urgent" leave (N20):Formula:

Note: replace the underscore in cell N19 with a hyphen.
If you select cell N20 and simultaneously press the Ctrl and c keys you may then select, in turn, S20, X20 and AC20 simultaneously pressing the Ctrl and v keys each time to return relevant values in those cells.

Bingo! Thank you so much JeteMc! I just couldn't see it - but noticing the reference to the table was absent would have been a start for me. lol. Pretty sure I never would have thought of linking the leave code to row 19. Love it! Thank you, again!
