Help with Solver

Hi, I followed these instructions (http://www.k2e.com/tech-update/tips/...specific-value) to identify a composition of a specifc value in solver. I have put in figures that should sum to target value as a test but it's not finding solution. I have limited lines to 200 and followed parameters as detailed in instrcutions but it can't find solution.

Must be something simple I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated

Can you post some example numbers for testing? Most of the time, Solver should be able to solve the subset sum problem using those instructions. Sometimes, you may need to use a different "starting point" (a different set of 1s and 0s in the multiplier column) in order to help Solver find the solution. Beyond that, I don't think I can suggest anything without seeing an example of your data.

In the reply dialog, scroll down to the Manage Attachments button, push that, browse to the required file, and then push the Upload button.
