Excel table date filter not show all years to select

I'm now to here to looking help.

I have a Excel workbook for sales data form 20008 to 2017. When I convert it to table,, In PC A, in Date column, click filter arrow, it show selects form 2008 to 2017. But in PC B, it only show selections from 2014 2017. What's wrong with PC B?

PC B, Windows 10, Excel 2016

I think that something wrong in PC B's Excel setting, but I cannot find out.

Ok, I find out how to make attachment.

This excel file I have problem with. I remove worksheets no necessary.

You can resolve problem by adding column eg. Year :=YEAR([@Date]) and you should see all years in the filter
(Limit Autofilter is the first 1,000 unique items in the column)
