Hi All,
I'm currently having an issue with some files I've downloaded as excel files from Google Sheets (I've posted the problem on google's forums as well, but with no solution as yet).
Essentially, I download the file (which looks fine on google), but when I open it with excel (or libre office calc), the contents of the cells duplicate across the display.
For example:
A1 | B1 | C1
2 | 3.6 | =A1*B1
would show as:
222222 | 3.63.63.6 | 7.27.27.27.27.2
While I accept that this is most likely an issue with Google Sheets (I have the same issue if I download as an .ods file), does anybody know of any setting in excel itself that might cause something like this - or come across this before? It's still a valid excel file - is there anyway to fix the issue? I've attached an example of a file I'm having the issue with.
