    Group Boxes randomly merging

I am attempting to build a form with 15 questions, each with a "Yes", "No", and "N/A" option. The issue I am having is that I will add a Group Box, add the buttons to it, assign the reference cell, test it out and it work just fine, then format the boxes to match the cell size using Alt+drag. I then create a new Group Box to do the next question, add the buttons, assign the reference cell, go to test it and all of the sudden my buttons which just worked perfectly in the group box before are now assigned to a previously existing Group Box/reference cell way up the page. Super annoying.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
