Track vacation days accrued vs days out in the field

My company awards days off based on how many days we work out in the field. So if I am out in the field and work 12 days I get 3 days off.
19 days out I get 4 days off
26 days out I get 5 days off
33 days out I get 6 days off
40 days out I get 7 days off.

One day (in addition to the days off) is considered a travel day and not counted against our days off.
Max we can accrue is 14 days. If i don't use all the days off I am entitled to I can bank the balance.

Would like help setting up a spreadsheet to track# of days out in the field, travel days and days off.

Got to check this earlier on my phone but I don't always have a connection for my laptop. Appreciate the replies. Attached is a workbook in the format I am looking to end up with. Want to be able to input each night status for that day. Suggestions for better format are welcome.

ETO Earned Time Off is Vacation day used
Travel day is considered ON DUTY
OBWFD On Board Waiting For Dispatch is considered ON DUTY

Column D (Accrued) I guess can be eliminated. Balance column would be the same.

Unfortunately, your sample sheet tells us nothing of any use. You need to manually mock up what you want to see, with examples of all the type of data you are likely to need and any calculations you want making. This isn't going to get you any further forward, I'm afraid, but we need much more guidance from you as to what you are looking for.
