    Awarding Points

what would be the formula for awarding points to the highest percentage within a set range? I only want to award 10 points to the highest value, nothing to the other values.

    Re: Awarding Points

What happens if there's a tie?
Do they both get 10 pts?
    Are the 10pts shared?
    Are they shared equally?

    Does something else happen?

    Re: Awarding Points

Lets say your range is in A1:A8 you can use the following formula in lets say B1 and drag it to B8
