Add a second sheet to hold tables
Table1
Cell A2 Enter M
Cell A3 Enter F
Formula in B2
=COUNTIF(refer here to colB in sheet1,A2)
Then in B3 , same for "F"
Put percentages in column C
Table 2
Copy nationality column to column E in sheet 2
Then use remove duplicates (see Data tab) to get unique list
and in F2 copy down
= COUNTIF(refer here to colC on sheet1,E2)
Put percentages in column G
Etc

Click anywhere in a pivot table, click on Insert Tab and then click on one of Chart Types to immediately chart what's in the table![]()
