Max value that shows a coresponding text to the right.

Hi all,

First of all thank you for taking the time to read this post, I am pulling my hair out on something which I should be able to do but can't seem to get it right. All i need is to extract a a max value in each row and extract the column to the right of this which contains a text. I've attached an example.
