    Conditional Formatting using icon sets ( up down and neutral arrows)

    Hello, I am not sure how to apply a conditional formatting rule that will show the up , down and neutral arrows on the attached file. Can someone please share your expertise with this?

    Green, up: when value > 0.01
    yellow: <=0.01, >0
