Mobile "app" with excel macros & coordinates

Hi, first of all I'd like to apologize as I am not sure if this is the right place to ask the question so apologize for that.

I've made a workbook with several worksheets containing macros (not too complicated macros). What I'd like to do is make these macros available on a mobile phone as some sort of app, i'm not interested in complicated things such as making it available on play store, just would like to know if there is a way of downloading it to my phone. The worksheets don't contain any complicated stuff such as graphs, pictures... it's really just a few columns with set of values and the macros in it.
The app I am guessing is not too complicated, as what I am interested is in getting the gps coordinates when hitting a button (longitude, latitude, elevation), inserting those coords in the excel and obtaining just one value from the excel program.
Is there a way to make all of this, I know it's simple what I am asking for, but I'd like some help in where to look at ("you should change the programming language from VBA to this one / you may make excel available on phone by doing this stuff / you should contact a programmer with X specialization...") that sort of guidelines to follow in order to achieve it as I am quite lost
