Change Content Created date

Hi All

Is there a way to change the content created date, i have used a old sheet i use to use but want it to show a different date, i know you can copy all the sheets to a new book and save but doing this the 87 sheets withing the workbook loose some of there shape

I have attached you a picture of what i mean as its not the created date in the general tab its the one in the details tab
