    Remove blank pages from worksheets

    Hi all,
I have an Excel Workbook with 4 active Worksheets. When i save the entire Workbook as pdf i get a lot of empty pages in the total result. Since i am using cpdf software for recursive save, i need to know how do i remove the empty pages from all active worksheets. I searched for Last Cell configuration but it was already configured on the last actual data cell so this is not the solution.
    Any help appreciated.
    Thanks

    Hi Antros48,

Before converting the excel to PDF go to page break view ( Alt+V+P page break view) and remove unnecessary sheet and try this .

Re: Remove blank pages from worksheets

Yes i attach the Excel file. Of course i deleted the content of the cells but i kept the page numbering. The Workbook consists of 4 Worksheets and when i select to save the entire workbook as pdf you can see that the page numbering goes all wrong. I want to delete the extra pages and for every worksheet to have the correct independent numbering. (e.g. worksheet #2 goes Page 1 of Page 7 etc)

May be you can hide other columns & row where data is not presented.....

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

Re: Remove blank pages from worksheets

That is the same pdf i extract from the specific file. If you see the page numbering is wrong and now that i have seen it better i understand that when you export the entire workbook to pdf,
the page numbering module &[Page] is actually counting the total number of pages and not specifically for each worksheet.
Same goes for the total number of pages. Is there any way to prevent it from doing that and during export each worksheet has its own independent numbering??
Thank you again for the interested in helping me.
