Conditional Formatting with Formulas

I'm trying to use Conditional Formatting to format a row when a tick box (VBA) is not selected.
I've managed it for one row but how can I replicate this down the whole table without creating individual rules for each line?

The TRUE or FALSE in column A is just an ISBLANK formula based on whether there is a name in the Name column.

Help would be hugely appreciated!!
