Combining data into one String Pattern

Hi

I am currently trying to find a better way of combining my data. Please see attachement. The top portion is my raw data. And bottom you will my current way of doing this. Ultimately I want to combine my raw data into the 8 string together as you can see below in my final result.

All the data in the bottom is linked to the raw data with some certain criteria and that has to be consistent.

I would love to find a better and more efficient of doing this if you can please help.
