    Import them from where...?

You have to understand you know what you have to work with, no one else does - it's down to you to explain what you're trying to do clearly, and concisely if possible.

    Re: Currency Import

    Go to www.xe.com
In the XE Live Exchange Rates table select Change/Remove a currency and select R$ (whatever currency that is)
Right-click somewhere in the table and select Export to Excel

This will open a new workbook with a connection to the XE table.

Go to the Data tab on the ribbon and select Connections
    Select Connection and click Properties.
There you can edit the connection name and - more important - the refresh interval.

Finally move the sheet to your workbook and there you have the (up-to-date) currencies available.
    Cheers!

All good apart from the fact that i'm now working on a MAC (new to me) so the right click part isn't applicable. - pilot error no doubt, any help?

    Re: Currency Import

Never touched a Mac before (only a BigMac) ;-)
I believe pressing the left mouse button while holding the Ctrl button pressed is the Mac-equivalent of the Right-click

Any chance that you've access to a windows machine?
If not you could post this problem in the Mac-section of the forum.
