Excel 2010 - Identify pairs of rows that have differences in 2 cells

Im trying to work out how I can identify if 2 entries are different that shouldn't be

[ID13][unit 2 Example Road]
[ID13][1 Example road]
[ID14][14 Sample Street]
[ID14][14 Sample Street]
[ID15][Ground Floor Tall House]
[ID15][1A Tall House]


so this is a basic example of what I have, pairs of unique ID's the input in the next cell ie address should match and I want to highlight or identify the pairs that don't match up.

So in the example above I want to identify/ highlight the pairs of ID13 and ID 15 as they have different address entries.

ID 14 is ok because the address matches up.


Is what I want to do possible?

use this as the conditional formatting formula. It'll identfy the first one of as non-matching pair:

=IF(A3=A2,B2<>B3)
