Macro for Date Picker in excel 2013

Please find here attached worksheet, Dear Experts i am looking in my worksheet 90Days Rolling CashFlow in Cell D4 as Date Picker. Can you please help me out on my thread.

Thank you so much for your precious efforts. But i am looking for the Date Picker Calendar instead of drop down so i can pick any month any year and any date. In excel 2013 Microsoft Month View Control is unavailable and resulting the same i am looking for the macros.
