Why is that? What have you done ?
The "True" as the last argument in VLookup only works if your data is sorted. I can't tell if it is or not. Change it to "False" and see if you agree with Shukia. Sorted small to large or A > Z.

True or false means Exact Match or Approximate Match. Is it related to the sorting?
I find something if I the range contain the first column (客户名称). The N/A error will show out. Why is that ?
